Youth 1v1
Personalized one-on-one training helps teens build strength, confidence, and movement skills while developing proper form, healthy habits, and individual goals.
Athletic Development
Whether you're preparing for your next sports season, staying active during the off-season, or simply looking to improve your athletic ability, this progressive training program helps participants ages 10+ build strength, coordination, agility, speed, mobility, and athletic performance. Through structured, age-appropriate coaching, participants develop movement skills, balance, power, and injury prevention strategies.
Open to all fitness levels. Sessions are offered twice each week, and a flat monthly fee allows participants to attend consistently throughout the month as their schedules permit.
