STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES IS AT THE HEART OF OUR MISSION
The Strong Communities Program aligns the North Suburban YMCA's purpose and values with our social and environmental activities in the 15 communities that we serve.
- At its core, the program is our fulfillment of the Y's focus on giving back and providing support to our neighbors.
- The program has the additional objectives of fostering care and respect for all people and our environment, increasing a sense of purpose and meaning in the lives of our members, and empowering our members to take our mission to heart so we can do good across the Northern Suburbs.

We believe that if we worked together we can improve the quality of life for those in our communities.
