Tumbling Foundations
Ages: 6-12 Yrs

Build a strong foundation for tumbling in this focused 3-week workshop. Athletes will develop essential skills while improving strength, coordination, and body control. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, shaping, and progressions through drills and targeted instruction.
Ideal for those looking to refine basics, gain confidence, and create a stronger base for more advanced tumbling. All levels are welcome.
