Aquatics Private Swim Lesson

Private swim lessons are designed to improve specific skills and address individual needs or goals, such as overcoming fear, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to group swim lessons. We are recognized for our special needs private lessons, tailored to each participant with a primary focus on water safety.

Ideal for all ages (5+), abilities, and special needs, with a focus on water safety.

Patient, experienced YMCA instructors provide 30-minute, one-on-one lessons.

Available during non-peak hours.

Fun, supportive environment for all ages and abilities.

Complements group lessons but does not replace them.

DIRECTOR’S APPROVAL IS NEEDED PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.

Special Needs Swim Lessons

Our private lesson for individuals with Special Needs and Adaptive Swimming offer one-on-one instruction focused on confidence, safety, and fun in the water. Lessons are personalized to each swimmer's needs, whether learning water adjustments, developing strokes, or working toward personal goals, our caring instructors crete a positive experience that encourages growth and independence in the water.

With low instructor-to-student ratios, we ensure personalized attention in a fun, supportive environment.
