About Dr. Tara Banick
Tara Banick, PT, DPT, RYT, has 25+ years of experience as a physical therapist, including 20 years specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include post-operative shoulder, hip, and knee rehabilitation, spinal health, manual therapy, and injury prevention. Tara also has experience treating orthopedic injuries and conditions unique to musicians, martial artists, and yoga practitioners. As an Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor and frequent mentor to PT and PTA students, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping patients better understand their path to recovery.
