On Saturday, July 25, we will be hosting a Les Mills Initial Training, and you are invited to be part of it. 

As part of the experience, members have exclusive access to two high-energy master classes led by Les Mills Trainer Jen Parrish.

This is a unique opportunity to train with a top Les Mills instructor, experience the energy of a live training environment, and take your workout to the next level. Whether you are a regular in group fitness or trying it for the first time, all are welcome.
