Think you’ve got game? Join us for the NSYMCA Football Skills Challenge, presented in collaboration with the IHSA and YMCAs across Illinois! Kids in grades 5–8 are invited to show off their football talents and compete against peers in three exciting challenges:
Agility Challenge: 5-10-5 shuttle run
Kicking & Punting Challenge: See how far you can send the football
Passing Challenge: Test your accuracy from different distances
All scores and times will be submitted statewide—and the top three participants in each division and age group will earn the incredible opportunity to compete at halftime of the IHSA State Championships at Hancock Stadium on November 28–29 (Thanksgiving weekend)!
The event will take place outdoors on the NSYMCA back field.
