Join us for a presentation by Patti Muray, Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Educator for At Your Service EuroCare and Guardian Hospice. She looks forward to helping others define, understand, and demystify misconceptions related to Palliative and Hospice Care. Learning the key differences and goals of these two care modalities along with discovering how both can assist in improving quality of life will be explained with time for questions as well.
Patti remains passionate about patient-centered care and teaching and also holds board Pain Management. She has accrued extensive experience in community care as well as academic medical center settings. She is an avid writer and well-published both independently and as a co-author in research papers. While working for Eurocare, in close partnership with CJE SeniorLife, Patti is able to assist patients to live their best lives for as long as possible.
