Reshape the body with this total body toning class that integrates Pilates, dance, balance, and strength training to sculpt and cinch from head to toe. This non-impactful 55-minute class targets all major muscle groups while sculpting arms, abs, lifting the seat, and elongating thighs.
Barre Strength mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, with moves that are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Utilizes low impact aerobics in this joint friendly class geared for a low to moderate intensity level. The class will include 35-40 minutes of cardiovascular movement followed by strengthening and stretching exercises. Boot Camp Interval: Boot camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, glute, and lower back exercises.
LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The HIIT training effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat.
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
