SOLO AGING, BY CHOICE OR BY CHANCE

Tuesday, November 14th at 11am

Nearly 26 million Americans 50 or older now live alone, up from 15 million in 2000. Further, a growing number of older adults — about 1 in 6 Americans 55 and older — do not have children. This program will address the following questions:
• How does one learn to embrace solo aging?
• How can I stay connected and explore new interests?
• How do I ask for support?
• What do I need to know to retain control as I age?

The goal of this presentation is to transform the way you perceive and approach change, helping you see how it’s a necessity that serves you if you understand it. This presentation will empower you to welcome new chapters in your life with open arms and a forward-looking mindset.
