Have you ever had questions about how different healthcare services can help in your overall wellness or recovery, at any age? This 7-expert, panel discussion will talk about the importance of connecting your providers so that they complement your overall goal of good health and/or recovery. A Question/Answer session will follow the presentation.

An advocate for seniors and caregivers alike, Charmaine’s mission is to create a culture where clients, families and caregivers all feel respected and are treated with dignity.
2) Fox Rehabilitation
Lori Deblock & Nora Rosenau, Occupational Therapists
Lori DeBlock, Healthcare manager with a history of working in the hospital, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
Nora Rosenau is an Occupational Therapist, as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
3) Illinois Bone & Joint Institute
Lydia Nader, MS, RDN, LDN, Sports Nutritionist
Lydia is a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist who focuses on the individuality, behavior modifications and sustainability of nutrition with her clients.
4) Kindred Home Health
Titus Mason, Home Health Specialist
As a Home Health Specialist Titus works closely with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists as well as Social Workers and Registered Nurses to serve our home health clients.
5) SENNOGROUP • Wellness & Rehabilitation
Dr. Ricardo G. Senno MD, MS, FAAPMR
Dr. Ricardo Senno is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist (Physiatrist) with extensive clinical experience in the management and treatment of traumatic brain injury, anoxic brain injury, stroke, movement disorders and general rehabilitation.
6) Sanctuary Hospice
Rebecca Cavour, Community Liaison
Rebecca has been a member of the Sanctuary Hospice team for 7 years. She uses her expertise to help educate both professionals and the public at large on the benefits of hospice services.
