LONELINESS IN MODERN TIMES: WHAT IT'S TELLING US AND HOW TO RESPOND

How is it that despite having an unprecedented ability to connect with others online, people are feeling lonelier than ever. In this presentation we’ll identify the problematic side of this issue, as well as set forth a specific process to follow that will minimize the issue of loneliness in your life.
Loneliness is a modern day epidemic – and it’s mostly caused by a “frog in a pot” scenario: where we’re the frog – not noticing the incremental changes that formed a trap of loneliness for us. The really good news is that loneliness is beatable and as we take steps to minimize it, we’ll get the benefits of minimizing other issues we face too!
This presentation empowers attendees with a specific protocol to follow that will improve the authentic human connection, and overall well-being in their lives.
