BODY LIBERATION 101
Changing your relationship with your body through the non-profit, Beauty Redefined, this small group will help you develop a sense of purpose and self-worth outside of your appearance. This course will help you improve your understanding of your own health and fitness outside of objectifying and appearance-based terms by: recognizing harmful messages in media and culture about female bodies, reflecting on the ways those ideals have impacted our lives, and redefining the ways you think about beauty, health, and individual worth.
