Whether you injure yourself during exercise or while playing a sport, you want to get back to feeling good as soon as you can. The Sports Medicine team at IBJI strives to enable people of all ages to enjoy an active lifestyle. The picture of sports and exercise today is far different from that of previous decades. We do know that too much, too soon, at too great of an intensity level can lead to injury.
