At the Y we understand that members may need a caregiver to assist them while in the facility. Caregivers, accompanying a member, will be allowed in the facility at no charge. The caregiver will be required to stay with the member at all times and may not participate in activities and/or use the equipment. The caregiver must fill out a waiver and be entered into CCC. The caregiver must provide us with a form of ID, and a copy of the ID must be attached to the waiver in order for the waiver to remain valid for one year.
Long-term caregivers that would like to utilize the facility may use a member’s guest pass, pay the daily fee, or be added to the membership under a Household membership. The caregiver must fill out a waiver and be entered into CCC.
