About Mannu Joseph
A licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois since 2003, she brings over two decades of experience in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Originally from India, Mannu earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Mangalore University before obtaining her U.S. PT license. Her career began in Michigan where she worked in a skilled nursing facility before transitioning to Illinois. Since then, Mannu has served patients across various settings, including hospitals, subacute care, home health, and outpatient services. Mannu Joseph's expertise spans joint replacement rehabilitation, back pain management, and certified vestibular rehabilitation, allowing her to provide comprehensive patient-centered care. Passionate about guiding individuals through their recovery journeys, Mannu focuses on personalized treatment plans that promote long-term well being.
About Sruthi Pichika
Dedicated physical therapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life and restore functionality. Growing up in San Diego, Sruthi relocated to Chicago to pursue higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. With a patient-centered therapeutic approach, Sruthi develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and aspirations. Her expertise includes a range of advanced techniques, such as dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy. Extensive experience treating diverse populations, including women's health (pregnancy and postpartum), geriatrics, post-operative care, and individuals managing chronic pain. She is committed to empowering her patients and guiding them toward their health and wellness goals with compassion and evidence-based care.
