Member Account Setup
STEP 1:
ENSURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL CONNECTED TO YOUR YMCA MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT. If you don’t or are unsure, please contact member services at 847-272-7250 and we will assist you. Â
STEP 2:
LOG ON TO HERE OR GOT TO NSYMCA.ORGÂ
STEP 3:
ENTER THE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP. The first time logging in, select “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the prompts to set your password.
SELECT “EMAIL ME A RESET PASSWORD LINK”
STEP 4:
CHECK YOUR EMAIL/PHONE. Click the link provided to create your password. Make sure you have our emails in your safe senders list.Â
STEP 5:
CREATE PASSWORD: Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number. Â
ONCE THE PASSWORD IS CREATED CLICK “LOGIN"
ENTER YOUR NEW PASSWORD AND CLICK “LOGIN”Â
Non- Member and Program participants
STEP 1:
LOGON TO HERE.

STEP 2:
SELECT THE “SIGN UP” OPTION.
Â
STEP 3:
CLICK TO SELECT THE “NON-MEMBER” MEMBERSHIP TYPE.

STEP 4:
COMPLETE THE INFORMATION FORM WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. On the next screen, you will be able to save your non-member record with the option of adding any additional adults or children for whom you will be registering. Once you have finished adding additional individuals to your account, click next.

STEP 5:
ADD A NEW PAYMENT METHOD TO PAY FOR ANY CLASSES. You can now begin to search and register for programs!
