My family has been involved at the Y for over 10 years. It has always felt like family, and even more so in the last year. I recently became a single parent and could no longer afford to send my three children to summer camp. I had heard that the NSYMCA offered financial help for people in my position. Last summer my kids enjoyed Y summer camps with a scholarship that made it affordable. I could never thank the YMCA enough for helping me and my children. We will never forget what they did for our family. It has taught my children how a caring and supportive organization can make a huge impact on people’s lives.
