3rd Annual Y-Tri
On Sunday, March 4th, the NSYMCA will be hosting its 3rd Annual Mini Indoor Triathlon. Based on time rather than distance, you will swim, bike and run using the Y's pool, cycle bikes and treadmills. Participants will receive a NSYMCA Triathlon shirt. Register by 2/22/12 to guarantee your shirt!
Tournament Basketball
The annual Y 3 on 3 tournament basketball is back! Mark your calendars for February 24th and 25th. Open to all 1st through 8th graders and high school students. For more information call 847-272-7250.

Family Fitness Fun
Bring your kids or grandkids to the Y on Friday nights from February 24 - April 20 from 6-7 pm for Family Fitness. Good for kids ages 4-13! Download a rotating schedule of class formats or pick one up at the Front Desk!
