Be a Healthier you Challenge is a new program designed to help you reach your Fitness Goals! It can help you Lose Weight, Live a Healthier Lifestyle, Prevent Diseases, or Become Muscular. - 1 Nutrition and Goal Setting Class
- 1 Hour of Small Group Training Each Week
- 6 Hours Personal Training
- 6 - 1.5 hour sessions of Nutrition/ Diet Analysis
with a Nutrition & Dietetics Technician Registered
- Unlimited Yoga, Pilates, Group Ex, and more
- Non-Members will receive a 3 month membership
