Individual Training
A nationally certified personal trainer works individually with you to design and program to meet your personal wellness needs, including a fitness assessment testing to track your progress. Exercise programs can vary from cardiovascular endurance, weight reduction or gain, strength training and flexibility.
Partner Training
Train with a friend, co-worker or family member and save money on training.
Sports Specific Training
Improve speed, agility, balance, coordination and strength for your specific sport in basketball, baseball, golf, skiiing and more. Available for individuals or partners.
X-Zone Personal Training
Sportwall, Makoto, DDR and the exerbikes can all be used to improve strength, endurance, hand-eye coordination and flexibility.
Personal Challenge Training
Commit to working with a certified personal trainer for 8 or 16 weeks straight to meet your fitness goals faster. There are no breaks, so no excuses why your life can't change. Initial and post fitness assessment is included so you can measure your progress.
Nutrition Consultations
Our Registered Dietician will give you information about nutritional concepts and help you identify your individual nutritional needs. Learn how to fuel your workouts, lose weight or gain weight.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage offers exceptional health benefits for the spirit, mind and body. A therapeutic massage can provide the opportunity for complete relaxation and is also the perfect complement to your weekly fitness routine. Relax tense, stiff or sore muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation. Call the Membership Desk to make an appointment.
Fitness Evaluation
Meet with a certified personal trainer to measure and assess your current fitness level and discuss how you can better meet your health and wellness goals.
