Small Group Wellness
- Interval Circuit
- This program is designed to keep your heart rate elevated by alternating between cardio and strength training exercises, and finishing with stretches for improved flexibility. This is a fast pace training session including a wide variety of exercises. You will meet with a Certified Personal Trainer once a week. Class size is limited to five people.
- X-treme Fitness
- Designed to improve your strength and endurance utilizing the interactive stations in the X-Zone.
- Pilates/Body Ball Rolling
- Utilizing Pilates exercise, this innovative method educates, realigns and balances your body. Promoting maximum muscle strength while increasing flexibility, coordination and stamina. Benefits include healing soft tissue injuries, stress reduction, and improved self-image.
- Pilates Fusion
- Combines poses and techniques from yoga and pilates to strengthen, lengthen and increase flexibility.
- Nutritional Makeovers
- Proper diet is a must. Enjoy nutrition and wellness makeover sessions with our dietician, where food sampling is included! Taught by coach/instructor, Karen Boton, RD.
- Introduction to Meditation
- Meditation is fitness for the whole self, toning the mind and relaxing the body. This beginner's class will provide you with the necessary tools to help you experience inner peace, joy and relieve stress. You will learn basic concentration and breathing techniques along with guided relaxation and visualization exercises. Taught by coach/instructor, Karen Boton, RD.
