 Small Group Wellness

Interval Circuit
This program is designed to keep your heart rate elevated by alternating between cardio and strength training exercises, and finishing with stretches for improved flexibility. This is a fast pace training session including a wide variety of exercises. You will meet with a Certified Personal Trainer once a week. Class size is limited to five people.
Kettlebell Mania
Specialty training that incorporates unconventional body-weight conditioning drills along with kettlebell long cycle swings and other kettlebell specific exercises. Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. Class size is limited to five people.
X-treme Fitness
Designed to improve your strength and endurance utilizing the interactive stations in the X-Zone.
Prenatal Fitness
Cardio and strength training exercises specifically geared toward the mom-to-be. Being fit can help you stay healthy during pregnancy, it can reduce the likelihood of complications during labor and make labor shorter. One of the biggest benefits is that it makes losing weight after you have the baby easier.
Stroller Fitness
Workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility, all while proving your little one with an exciting, bonding experience.
Pilates/Body Ball Rolling
Utilizing Pilates exercise, this innovative method educates, realigns and balances your body. Promoting maximum muscle strength while increasing flexibility, coordination and stamina. Benefits include healing soft tissue injuries, stress reduction, and improved self-image.
Pilates Fusion
Combines poses and techniques from yoga and pilates to strengthen, lengthen and increase flexibility.
Nutritional Makeovers
Proper diet is a must. Enjoy nutrition and wellness makeover sessions with our dietician, where food sampling is included! Taught by coach/instructor, Karen Boton, RD.
Introduction to Meditation
Meditation is fitness for the whole self, toning the mind and relaxing the body. This beginner's class will provide you with the necessary tools to help you experience inner peace, joy and relieve stress. You will learn basic concentration and breathing techniques along with guided relaxation and visualization exercises. Taught by coach/instructor, Karen Boton, RD.

 Adult Personal Wellness and Training

Individual Training
A nationally certified personal trainer works individually with you to design and program to meet your personal wellness needs, including a fitness assessment testing to track your progress. Exercise programs can vary from cardiovascular endurance, weight reduction or gain, strength training and flexibility.
Partner Training
Train with a friend, co-worker or family member and save money on training.
Sports Specific Training
Improve speed, agility, balance, coordination and strength for your specific sport in basketball, baseball, golf, skiiing and more. Available for individuals or partners.
X-Zone Personal Training
Sportwall, Makoto, DDR and the exerbikes can all be used to improve strength, endurance, hand-eye coordination and flexibility.
Personal Challenge Training
Commit to working with a certified personal trainer for 8 or 16 weeks straight to meet your fitness goals faster. There are no breaks, so no excuses why your life can't change. Initial and post fitness assessment is included so you can measure your progress.
Nutrition Consultations
Our Registered Dietician will give you information about nutritional concepts and help you identify your individual nutritional needs. Learn how to fuel your workouts, lose weight or gain weight.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage offers exceptional health benefits for the spirit, mind and body. A therapeutic massage can provide the opportunity for complete relaxation and is also the perfect complement to your weekly fitness routine.
