Water exercise is a great way to get started in a fitness program!

Shallow Water Exercise
An ideal form of exercise for all ages and pregnant women. Promotes strength, increased mobility and flexibility, improved circulation and relaxation.
Deep Water Aerobics
Impact of exercising is eliminated in deep water which is beneficial for painful joint problems. Workout increased with greater water resistance. Improves stamina with water jogging and exercises.
Fun & Funk- 4 feet & beyond
A good high-level aerobic workout without the joint-jarring and musclepounding effects of land exercises.
Gentle Joints Exercise
This class is designed for anyone with any joint/mobility problems, or recovering from surgery, or simply needing a slow, gentle exercise program.
Aqua Ease Water Aerobics
This gentle combination of shallow water and deep water aerobics is perfect for those who want a great all around workout.
Swim, Stretch and Socialize
Lap swim combined with water exercise during which the conversation will range from recipes to movies to current events!
