Adult Ballet

Designed for adults with some previous ballet training. Barre combinations as well as center combinations, focusing on stability and balance, are the foundations of this class. Studying ballet can improve posture and overall sense of well-being.

This class focuses on coordination, balance and basic tap rhythms. Basic warm-ups, rhythmic patterns and across-the-floor combinations are used to enhance musicality and promote a sense of body awareness.

Adult Private Lessons

Learn a style of dance at your own pace in a oneon-one setting. Perfectly tailored to your needs, private lessons offer a great way for a beginner or an experienced dancer to get personalized feedback and advancement. They are also great for people in the process of rehabilitation, as dance can help with posture, core strength, and lengthening of the spine.
