Parties and Events

The North Suburban YMCA has facilities available for birthday parties and events. No matter what type of event you and planning, the YMCA is your ticket to creating the party of the season. Contact the Customer Service Supervisor for additional information and available dates and times. Some restrictions do apply. Gym and Pool rentals are only available Saturday evenings after Y classes.

General Room Rental Information

Rentals for the Northwest, Northeast, Multi-D, and A-B-C rooms are booked by the hour and are available to rent on:
Saturdays: 5-8 p.m.
Sundays: 4-6 p.m.

The YMCA provides tables and chairs for your room. You may bring in entertainment as well as food for your room rental.

Cost per hour:
1-25 guests $50 YM/$75NM
26-40 guests $75 YM/$100NM
41-70 guests $100YM/$125 NM
70-100 guests $125YM/$150NM

General Pool Rental Information

Rentals for the pool can be reserved on Saturdays only from 5:00-8:00 p.m. They are reserved by the hour. You and your guests have sole use of our indoor pool. Features include a raft, fun shaped mats, bubbles and more. A large inflatable dog is available upon request. All equipment is subject to availability! Lifeguards are mandatory for your safety and you and your guests must abide by their rules. For safety reasons, anyone who enters the pool deck is considered a guest of the pool. Use of showers and locker rooms are complimentary for you and your guests. Please provide your own lock and towel.

Cost per hour:
1-50 guests $140 YM/$170 NM
50-75 guests $165 YM/$195 NM

General Gymnasium Rental Information

Rentals for the Gymnasium can be reserved on Saturdays nights from 5:00-8:00 p.m. *Corporations have the opportunity to rent on Sundays nights from 4:00-6:00 p.m. You and your guests have unlimited use of our gym. The gym can be used for basketball, volleyball, exercise, and more. Use of showers and locker rooms are complimentary for you and your guests. Please provide your own lock and towel.

Cost of Gymnasium per hour:
$80 YM/$130 NM

General Art Parties packages:
Saturday 12-5 pm
Sunday 12-5 pm

2 Hour party (1hr Art & 1 hr cake gifts):
1-15 guests begin at $155 YNM / $180NM
